Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 8–20 business days

  • European Union: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–25 business days

  • Australia: 7–25 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Split Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

Incorrect Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your purchase.
We are not able to change the address after the order is processed.

Delays Beyond Our Control We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or peak seasons

  • Global logistics disruptions

Lost or Missing Packages If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund after the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Tracking Information Tracking numbers are provided once the order is shipped. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.
